My baby turned six this year! I am so incredibly proud and blessed to be her mama. There is no greater joy to me than seeing her toothy grin and we did have lots of grinning this celebration. Last year we threw a big Star Wars themed party for her that included Darth Vader! So, this year we wanted to keep it a little smaller and go to Disneyland with just her nearest and dearest…
…They got hitched, we walked, we laughed. Instead of a First Dance I had them dance by a smelly dumpster, instead of a champagne toast they had coffee, instead of a fancy wedding cake they had Michoacana paletas and rather than a bouquet/garter toss they played Jenga. Katherine and Kendra did their wedding their own unique way and I was here for all of it.
