…They got hitched, we walked, we laughed. Instead of a First Dance I had them dance by a smelly dumpster, instead of a champagne toast they had coffee, instead of a fancy wedding cake they had Michoacana paletas and rather than a bouquet/garter toss they played Jenga. Katherine and Kendra did their wedding their own unique way and I was here for all of it.

Small in scale, big on love. Alexis & Anthony along with only their immediate families celebrated their union on a boat in the waters of beautiful Newport Beach...
I can't think of a better way of celebrating today's Supreme Court marriage equality ruling by sharing Diana & Vivian's wedding at the modern Loft at Liz's art gallery in Los Angeles.
Diana and Vivian had a non-traditional wedding with just their closest family and friends in a casual and cool environment. Vivian's brother walked her down the aisle and Diana's parents walked her. The ceremony was filled with both tears and laughter. It was such a special night and I am proud to call them my friends. Congrats Diana & Vivian!
