Cynthia & Brandon :: San Moritz Lodge Wedding

Cynthia & Brandon came from all the way from Georgia to celebrate with their closest family and friends at the San Moritz Lodge in Crestline, CA. I have to say that they are one of the nicest couples I have ever met. I instantly felt like I knew them even though we didn't get to meet beforehand. Cynthia and Brandon laughed the whole day long and their love for each other was evident. They are so perfect for each other.

Cynthia and Brandon opted to see each other before the ceremony.

Unity sand ceremony.

Cynthia's brother walked her down the aisle.

Brandon's Uncle officiated the wedding.

Cynthia won the "race."

After the ceremony we headed over to the surrounding forrest area near Lake Gregory.

Cynthia is my bridal hero. She walked through a stream in her wedding gown, in heels. Love this girl.

I think Brandon loves her too.

Cynthia and Brandon are so fun they wanted to swing on some monkey bars. Not your typical wedding photos, but they are not your average couple.

Cynthia's Mom put together a lot of the wonderful wedding details herself.

The Best Man's microphone kept on cutting out, so he improvised.

Cupcake! SMASH!

All is forgiven.

Check out Brandon's sister's epic leap. All the other single ladies didn't have a chance.

Brandon & Cynthia check out a slideshow of their wedding photos before the wedding was even over.

Cynthia and Brandon thank you again so much for having me at your wedding. I had the BEST time. You two are amazing.  Thanks to Brianna Glenn and  Jasmine Star for the roles they played in hooking me up with these two. Thanks to my second shooter David Sno for capturing so many beautiful photos. And a huge thanks to my hubby, Trevor McCauley, for carrying all my gear for me. Love you. xoxo

Ashley & Adrian: Married at the Twin Oaks Garden Estate

I'd like to share another beautiful wedding I second shot alongside the talented Sarah Layne Photography. You can see Sarah's blog post here.

The Twin Oaks Garden Estate in San Marcos, CA was the perfect venue to celebrate the union between Ashley & Adrian. Twin Oaks is gorgeous inside and out, just like Adrian and Ashley. They married on a perfect Spring day in an outdoor garden ceremony with their closest loved ones at hand. The bride wore sparkly blue TOMS shoes and the groom fancy black leather TOMS. Even the bridal party all wore TOMS, including the sweet little ring bearer who carried an American flag box that was a homage to Adrian's military service. At the reception Adrian and Ashley partied until they made their grand exit out of the Twin Oaks schoolhouse and rode off into the night in a vintage Chrysler.

Congrats to Ashley & Adrian!

Lizett & Eddie: Married at St John's in Baldwin Park

Lizett & Eddie are so in love. They laughed and loved their whole wedding day long. The bride and groom said their vows during a traditional Catholic ceremony and were greeted with a mariachi band as they exited the church as husband and wife. They celebrated with a couple hundred friends and family. An emotional father and daughter dance and a touching first dance were the highlights of the reception.

Congrats to Lizett and Eddie!

Thanks to Kristin Carlson for having me! It's always a pleasure. You can see here blog post here.

Can you say gorgeous?

A love note from the bride before the ceremony.

Tears of joy.

The look of love.
