My favorite kind of weddings are intimate, casual, DIY and truly reflect the loving couple. Alicia & Andrew wedding was exactly that. They invited their closest friends and family where a majority of them pitched in their time and talent to make the day gorgeous. The couple live in and love the City of Orange, CA. So, naturally they chose locations within their beloved city to celebrate. If I had to sum up this wedding in one word it would be PERFECT.

Getting ready for the bride took place in their home and the groom had a toast with his groomspeople at a local favorite, the Haven Gastropub.

The handsome groom with his best guys and gal. Loved their casual no jacket, striped tie look.

Such a genuinely fun wedding party!

The quaint Woman's Club of Orange, located in the heart of the city, was the lovely location for their outdoor ceremony and reception.

Details were decked with vintage rentals and oranges to add color and give nod to the city.

The delicious food was served buffet style by the friendly Soho Taco.

Prettiest little sweetheart table I ever did see.

The ombre chevron table runners were the perfect addition to make the vintage gold dinnerware pop

All desserts were made by family and friends. Cake was made by the bride's sister.

Jackie & Jon :: A San Moritz Lodge Crestline Wedding

Casual and vibrant are the words to best describe this intimate summer wedding nestled in the forest of the San Bernardino mountains in the charming town of Crestline. Jackie & Jon threw a colorful, DIY affair to celebrate their love with their closest friends and family. Both of them have a love for nature and the San Moritz Lodge made for the perfect setting.

These two have real chemistry. And, I mean actual chemistry. One of my favorite details from their day took place during the ceremony. Instead of the traditional unity candle or sand ceremony, Jackie and Jon made their symbol of joining together as one truly unique.

Thank you again Jackie & Jon for having me as your wedding photographer. You two were so fun to photograph and your love is apparent. You guys are perfect for each other. Congratulations!
